"Grandiose" team building at altitude - Grand Kopaonik Hotel from a company perspective

For this very reason, a FAM Trip was organized for representatives of leading companies from the region, so that they could get to know first-hand the offer of the Grand Kopaonik hotel – a luxury complex that combines the natural beauty of Kopaonik with top-notch service and rich content for corporate events. This FAM Trip was an ideal opportunity to try out everything that Grand Kopaonik offers for perfectly organized team building – from conference rooms and a wellness center, to adrenaline activities and a top-notch gastronomic experience on the mountain.

On the first day of our stay at the hotel, after lunch, we dedicated our time to relaxing and enjoying the numerous amenities offered by the Grand Kopaonik Hotel and the luxurious Ether Spa Center. The aromatherapy spa workshop attracted special attention, during which we had the opportunity to participate in the creation of top-quality serums and completely natural cosmetics. Each serum was unique and personalized according to the needs and skin type of each participant, which further emphasized the commitment to an individual approach and quality.

After an interesting workshop, we enjoyed the other amenities of the spa center – saunas, thermal zones, and relaxing massages that were particularly enjoyable for each of us. The evening passed in a pleasant atmosphere of getting to know and connecting with the hosts, who, over a glass of prosecco and carefully selected delicacies from the Garden restaurant, presented the hotel's offer and spirit in more detail.

On the second day of our stay, we had the opportunity to participate in a team-building simulation, during which we toured the attractive locations of Kopaonik in safari vehicles and quads, ideal for organizing corporate events in nature. The first stop was Jankove Bare, where we enjoyed a walk along the well-maintained hiking trails through the European deer reserve, with guides who introduced us to the natural wealth of this area.

The Kadijevac location stood out in particular, perfectly suited for dynamic team activities. There, we participated in a variety of challenges – from quad biking and electric mountain bikes, to archery and orienteering, to demonstrations of creative methods for bonding and strengthening team spirit. The day was rounded off with a lunch in nature, specially prepared for us by the chefs of the Grand Kopaonik Hotel – creating a gastronomic spectacle in the setting of untouched mountain nature.

We spent the afternoon of the second day at the spa, relaxing and resting in anticipation of a superb gastronomic experience. Dinner was organized at the Bacco restaurant, where the hosts put on a real spectacle. With the chef's exceptional gastronomic creations, carefully paired flavors, and pleasant music, we summed up the impressions of a rich day.

It is truly fascinating how, within just a few hours, from a forest walk and lunch in nature, the day can end with an exclusive experience at a restaurant that pushes the boundaries of hedonism and catering excellence.

On the last day, we left the hotel richer for another precious experience, but with heavy hearts because we felt like we were leaving dear, old friends.
