Business, Leisure, and Adventure on the Most Beautiful Mountain
Corporate tourism is attracting more and more attention from tourism organizations, destinations, and hotel groups. TU Events team recognized the importance of this and established cooperation with numerous companies that represent market leaders in the region.
One such collaboration was realized from July 6 to 8, where, together with Gorski Hotel & Spa and Hotel Putnik, we organized a fam trip to our most beautiful and famous mountain, Kopaonik, in order to show company representatives along with partners how this destination is equally attractive and eventful during the summer period of the year. Representatives of the companies Smith Micro Software, Goodwill Pharma, Outsource Insurance Professionals, UniCredit Bank Serbia, Netconomy, Coca-Cola HBC, RT-RK, NIS, and Beo-Lab joined us on the trip.
Corporate tourism involves the organization of seminars, team buildings, conferences, and congresses. The very conceptualization and organization of such events is quite a demanding process, as a large number of relevant factors must be taken into account in order for everything to be executed in the most efficient manner. Such clients need a space for work and meetings, but also a space for rest with appropriate facilities nearby. The hotels we visited contain everything necessary for this type of business and leisure.
The first destination on our trip was Hotel Putnik, where we took a short break. After lunch, we had the opportunity to tour all the facilities the hotel offers with the hotel representatives, both for vacations and for business meetings and work. Our next destination was Gorski Hotel & Spa. After a break and rest, we spent the afternoon in the modern and luxurious spa center, where we brought the day to a close with massages and swimming in the pools. Dinner was organized in the hotel restaurant, where we discussed the details of our trip over a glass of wine with the hotel representative.
After breakfast, we start the day with an adventure. We took the cable car to Pančić's Peak, tried the adrenaline facilities like the alpine coaster and zip line, and headed out on quads for a tour of the mountain. After the adrenaline, it was time to refresh ourselves, and the hosts organized it in the best way. Lunch was prepared in nature, where, in the shade of a pine tree, alongside the specialties of the hotel's restaurant chefs, we enjoyed a true luxurious touch of nature. The day continued in the spa center and enjoying all the facilities it offers, from saunas to relaxation on tepidariums.
Dinner was at the La Pista restaurant, where, alongside discreet live music, we enjoyed the Experience Menu, put together by true culinary masters. La Pista offers a unique blend of luxury and relaxation accompanied by a top fine dining experience. Course after course was followed by matching wines, and no one hid their enthusiasm for the organization and the hotel; we gladly shared it with our hosts who did us the honor of being with us until late at night. The following day, after breakfast, we toured all the facilities the hotel offers, which are intended both for comfortable family vacations and for quality work and business, with conference, business, or team building opportunities. The hotels from Kopaonik once again confirmed that they are ready to respond to all challenges, for all types of vacations and in all seasons, and that skiing is not the only thing Kopaonik as a mountain has to offer visitors.
