First Regional TU Ski & Spa Workshop Successfully Held
As part of the preparations for the upcoming winter season, the TU Ski & Spa Workshop was held on September 21, 2021, at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Belgrade. This Balkan tourism workshop brought together travel agencies, airlines, hotels, ski resorts, and destinations from across the former Yugoslavia.
Twenty exhibitors presented their offerings to travel agencies from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. More than 40 agencies attended the TU Ski & Spa Workshop, all interested in sending their travelers to ski destinations within the former Yugoslavia this year. The workshop was organized in strict compliance with all epidemiological measures to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
As with all workshops we organize, exhibitors received the list of registered agencies prior to the event to facilitate the early establishment of professional cooperation.
Feedback from the workshop was positive on both sides. Exhibitors had the opportunity to present their offerings in detail to tour operators seeking new collaborations. After a long period of remote work, all participants appreciated the chance to meet in person, exchange first-hand information, learn about the latest tourist amenities, and finalize plans for the upcoming 2021/2022 ski season.
Following the successful conclusion of the official program, networking continued during a lunch organized for all participants at the Radisson Collection Hotel.
This was the first-ever workshop dedicated specifically to the Balkan ski season, and the next TU Ski & Spa Workshop is scheduled to take place in September next year.
